  1. This referral offer is available to existing Midland Eye patients aged 18 years and over who have previously undergone private consultation or treatment. 

 

  1. The offer applies only to private/self-paying patients and is not available for NHS-funded treatment pathways. 

 

  1. To qualify, the referred individual (“Friend”) must quote “REFER” at the time of initial enquiry or booking and provide the full name and date of birth of the referring patient. 

 

  1. Eligibility criteria: This offer is exclusively for private patients undergoing these procedures:
  • Lens Replacement Surgery
  • Implantable Contact Lenses (ICL)
  • Multifocal Lens Implants
  • Extended Depth of Focus Lens Implants
  • Monofocal Lens Implants 

 

  1. The referred individual (“Friend or Family member”) may be eligible to receive £200 towards their private eye surgery, subject to clinical suitability and confirmation at consultation. This offer applies to bilateral treatment; for single-eye treatment, a £100 reduction will apply. 

 

  1. The referring individual (“Referrer”) may be eligible to receive a £100 voucher once the referred patient has completed their private surgery. 

 

  1. The £100 voucher to the referrer will be issued within 6 weeks of the referred individual’s surgery completion date. This is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. 

 

  1. Only one referral voucher will be issued per referred patient. Midland Eye reserves the right to decline or limit referrals that appear excessive or commercial in nature.

 

  1. This programme is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer unless otherwise stated by Midland Eye.  

 

  1. Referrers may make multiple eligible referrals under this programme. Midland Eye reserves the right to review or decline referrals considered excessive or commercial in nature.

 

  1. Participation in this referral programme does not guarantee treatment eligibility. 

 

  1. Clinical decisions are made independently and are not influenced by participation in this referral programme. 

 

  1. Referrals should only be made to individuals who have consented to receive this information. 

 

  1. Midland Eye reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this referral programme at any time without prior notice.  

 

  1. By participating in this programme, both the “Referrer” and the “Friend or Family member” agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

  1. This referral programme is intended to support informed patient choice and should not be interpreted as financial encouragement to undergo treatment.
